Interview: Justin Murphy's Other Life Podcast
I was interviewed by Justin Murphy (Yes, the same Justin Murphy) on his podcast:
I talk about my experience with leftist gun groups, antifa, and other related topics.
One thing we didn’t really discuss is JBGC’s anti-capitalist platform. Technically yes it is anti-capitalist, although the group was only nominally so if that makes any sense. Depending on what definition you use, I am not anti-capitalist (I'm generally in favor of private property and free-market economics, but I could be against some definitions of capitalism). That aspect of the group was never a significant focus aside from complaining about the vague specter of the rich or the annoying corporation du jour, so it largely remained in the backburner. This is compounded by the added complication that some of the members were either landlords, extremely rich, or both. I don't really know how they grappled with that apparent contradiction, but I also didn't care. I personally just ignored it and focused on other missions of the group.
